Marcia did an outstanding job for me in selling my house!! I had never sold a house before and am not emotionally wired to undertake such a huge task. I dreaded selling my house. But Marcia stepped in and basically did it all for me. She could tell I was stressed about such things and her words to me were "you just go on and sleep at night and I will take care of everything". She did just that. She made calls for me, met MLGW for me, met Terminix for me and put me in contact with another pest control company when I had some issues. She does it ALL!! I just came across her by accident when I was looking for an agent. I had seen she had sold other houses in my neighborhood so I decided to give her a call. I couldn't have been happier. I know there are hundreds of real estate agents to choose from but you will not go wrong with Marcia. She is professional and at the same time treats you like family. Let me first by starting off saying I do not believe there could be a better real estate agent in the Memphis metro. I had been looking and making offers since Jan 2021. However, I would have to call my agent (at that time) to set up a showing. Being from Memphis, I strove to find a RE Agent who I did not know as I know several people in the RE business. I didn't want a real estate agent that I knew so as to not "step on anyone's toes." After I met Marcia, she immediately began searching for me a home. She was very aware of my specifications and sought homes with what I had in mind. We looked at homes and made good offers. It seemed as though I was always runner up. Her positive attitude enabled me from getting frustrated during the process. We looked at a home in November that I really liked. Once again, runner up! However, I was out of town for Christmas and received a call from Marcia on Dec. 23rd that the buyers deal had fallen through. I told Marcia "let's do this!" I closed on Jan 27. I cannot say enough good things about Marcia. My new home needed renovations. Marcia guided me through the process, offered suggestions and basically led me step by step as what to do next. She was amazing! Additionally, I also feel as though I have developed a friendship with Brad and Marcia that extends beyond home buying (Go Tigers go!!) I also found out she has a hobby of having pet squirrels (who knew?) 110% satisfied!!!!

I can personally say, I never thought I would be able to purchase a home on my own. But Ms. Marcia took her time, and explained every step along the way. She made the home buying process very easy. She has a great wealth of information on real estate and everything else in between with houses! I would recommend her to anyone! She’s the best.

Marcia always responded to me so quickly, even when I texted after hours. She was great about explaining everything in great detail since this was my boyfriend’s first time buying a house. She even left us flowers in our new home and bought us keychains. The little things like that really matter!

We've been in our home a little over a month now

There is no better place than (a new) home...and Marcia do everything do make your dream come true. She is passionate and honest, understanding and helpful. If you need a professional realtor and a friend in one person...here she is. She is there 24/7 if you have questions and is always ready to go the extra step to find the right home.
